AMV Logistics offers a service in which we carry out customs clearance of the goods in Estonia, allowing them for free circulation with VAT exemption, if the goods are delivered to another member state of the European Union (procedure 42). In Estonia, only customs duty is paid, while import VAT must be paid in the Member State where the final destination of the goods is located.
